Termix: A Czech dessert that even kids can make

For parents of little foodies, we have fun for an afternoon or a weekend morning. Whether your little chef can do it alone or whether you get into the "cooking" together, we'll leave that up to you - either way, the recipe for the popular termix from Eska is a breeze. And the result will delight the whole family!
A bakery and kitchen full of life

Visit Eska in Karlín. Everry day, we bake our renowned bread 33, along with sweet buns, cakes and kolache. On Fridays, our bread 66 is available until it sells out – and if you're not in the mood for baked goods, come for a lunch of local produce, or one of our famous breakfasts, which are prepared until late afternoon. Oh, and don't forget to take a look round our shop on the way out.
Termix from Eska comes in handy as a breakfast or snack, but also serves as a delicious dessert. Once you've tried the chocolate version, you can try vanilla, cinnamon, or your favourite fruit or nuts, or just garnish before serving.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 25 g chocolate (ideally with 50% cocoa)
- 25 g whipping cream (min. 33% fat)
- 25 g curd cheese
- 25 g sour cream
- sugar to taste
Procedure:
- Slowly melt the chocolate in a water bath. In the meantime, whisk the cream with the curd in a bowl and gradually stir into the melted chocolate so that the whipped mixture does not curdle.
- Stir the contents into the sour cream and sweeten to taste at the end. Serve.
