A recipe for your favourite garlic shrimp marinade by Brasileiro

Ingredients
For about 1 kg of prawns
- 38 g garlic
- 10 g salt
- 5 g parsley, chopped
- 25 ml lime juice
- 3 g ground red pepper
- ground chilli, on the tip of a knife
- 100 ml olive oil
Procedure:
- Place the peeled garlic cloves, salt, parsley, lime juice, ground paprika and chilli in a blender. Pour in 50 ml of the oil.
- Blend everything together.
- Top up with the other half of the oil and stir briefly to combine.
- Brush the marinade over the prawns and prepare them in your favourite way. Simple!
