A recipe for your favourite garlic shrimp marinade by Brasileiro

A Brazilian lunch at Brasileiro U Zelené žáby

Ingredients

For about 1 kg of prawns

  • 38 g garlic
  • 10 g salt
  • 5 g parsley, chopped
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 3 g ground red pepper
  • ground chilli, on the tip of a knife
  • 100 ml olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Place the peeled garlic cloves, salt, parsley, lime juice, ground paprika and chilli in a blender. Pour in 50 ml of the oil.
  2. Blend everything together.
  3. Top up with the other half of the oil and stir briefly to combine.
  4. Brush the marinade over the prawns and prepare them in your favourite way. Simple!
