For fruit dumplings go to Café Savoy. And why are they marbled? Last year, the chefs decided to enrich the tradition by adding coarsely ground red wheat from Dubecko Mill. "The dough has a stronger taste and there is no flour in it, so it makes the fruit stand out. In the end, however, the dumplings differ mainly in colour," says chef Martin Čáslavka.
