Myšák: Pastry shops on both banks of the Vltava River

Nut butters and creams
If you love a true, creamy nut butter, at Myšák you’ll be in seventh heaven. The pastry chefs here work with the highest-quality nuts sourced from renowned regions around the world.
- Nut butters: Exquisitely smooth, these are pure nut butters that literally melt on your tongue. Choose from naturally sweet Piedmont hazelnut, 100% Sicilian Avola almonds , or bright green, rare Bronte pistachios. These stand out for their unique flavour profile, in which a sweet, nutty flavour and resinous notes give way to a mild saltiness.
- Velvety spreads: These creams are perfect for using on pancakes or desserts. Try the Gianduiacream, which combines Piedmont hazelnuts with chocolate, or the delicate Avola sweet almond cream.
- Caramel, nougat, and whole nuts: On the shelves, you’ll also find salted caramel, crunchy praline (a combination of roasted hazelnuts and caramel), and select Bronte pistachios and Piedmont hazelnuts for home baking and snacking.
