A visit to Brasileiro can definitely be considered an unique experience. There's a lively, cheerful atmosphere, and the tables creak with the weight of great food. And the best part? You can eat as much as you can manage, enjoying a family celebration or lunch with colleagues.

Big on hunger, short on time? Grab lunch at the never-ending, colourful salad bar with sushi and pao de queijo at one of our Brasiliero locations. And if you've got time – and room – left, let us bring you tender meat from the grill, and have a small Brazilian feast in the middle of the day.

One of Ambiente's oldest restaurants, Brasiliero was established in late 2002. The house where it is located has stood on U Radnice Street since the 15th century. According to legend, King Václav IV used to come here secretly, and later, so did the master executioner Jan Mydlář.

It's a place with festive atmosphere at lunchtime, becoming a little more intimate in the evening. Therefore, it is an ideal place to hold family celebrations or perhaps a post-graduation lunch. "But guests can also come here for a business meeting or a quick business lunch with colleagues," says general manager Radek Macura. Brasileiro is also ideal for those who have no time to spare but want to eat well and heartily.

The restaurant is based on the all you can eat concept. Which means that guests either pick their own food from the salad bar or have it brought to them by the staff, or so-called passadors. And if you want, "you can finish lunch in 30 or 40 minutes," adds Radek.

Brazilian specialties

"We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible and, of course, to enjoy themselves. Many of the ingredients we source from Czech farmers, but some we order from Brazil as a matter of principle. "For example, cassava flour, selected beef or white rums and guarana lemonade," says Radek Macura.

And what can you look forward to? The lunch menu is the same as the evening menu. A rich salad bar, sushi, prawns, oysters, octopus, veal tartare and many types of charcoal-grilled meat await you - for example, pork salsiccia, bacon-wrapped chicken breast, leg of lamb, picanha or filet mignon, and of course refreshing drinks and desserts.
