They present you with a three-course menu - starter and dessert are a given, with the main course you choose from several options. And as well as the meal, you can also indulge in wine pairings. You'll be surprised to find out that even exclusively Czech ingredients can be used to conjure up world-class fine dining!
Kuchyň
Here you can experience a Czech Christmas! Stroll through the terrace around the Christmas tree, sit back and let the warmth serve you a three-course menu made up of the most popular items of the local cuisine. You can choose between several options for each course. The first consists of a selection of appetisers and soups, while the second consists of a selection of local famous sauces. For the third course, you'll choose from the heartier dishes that have a permanent place on the Kuchyň's menu.
Čestr
Meat connoisseurs in particular will love Čestr. You can choose all three courses of the lunch menu yourself. For starters, you can order the popular beef tartare, then some of the roasted meats with sauce, and as a highlight of the tasting, order the steak. Don't be shy to ask the staff, they will choose the right one especially for you!
When a few courses are not enough
Want to splurge and have more freedom to choose, or go back to your favourite course and add as many as you like? Make a reservation at one of the restaurants with the all you can eat concept. However, make even more time than usual for lunch - because you only leave here when you've had enough!
Pizza Nuova
A salad bar full of greens, appetisers and Italian delicacies complements the range of tasting portions of pasta and Neapolitan pizza, with which the staff comes to your table every now and then. That's the kind of ride you'll enjoy if you choose the Campania tasting. If you're not into appetisers and prefer to go straight for the pasta or pizza, book the Naples tasting. Plus, they're both at a better price at lunchtime.
Brasileiro
Churrasco rodízio is a tasting that knows no boundaries! Scoop up all the appetisers, sides, and sushi you can at the salad bar, and look for the first passador with meat freshly grilled over the fire... and then another and another! Want to take a break from meat for a while and enjoy a few slices of sashimi or sip a few oysters? Whatever you like! The good news at the end: Monday through Friday have reduced-price lunch tastings.
